ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM (click here) to register for classes online.

Please note that if the class you want to register for is full, it will not show up when you enter the "Search Classes" section.  However, we can put students on a wait list.  Please email or call us if you want to be put on a waiting list for a class that is full.

Adult students, when registering online, only fill in the fields with a red asterick.  You do not need to fill out the information that is not applicable (ie:  youth student information).

2010 Summer Dance Camp & Dance Intensive Registration Form (click here)

Mail the Registration Form to reserve your child's spot in class.  All summer camp and dance intensive registration forms must be accompanied by a $50 non-refundable deposit.  Balances are due in full by June 15th.  If you are sending your form after June 15th, include the full tuition amount.  We cannot hold space for a student without a Registration Form/Fee.  Camps/Intensives are filled in the order that registrations are received; if a Camp/Intensive that you register for is full, we will notify you immediately.

At One Studio Dance and Yoga, we believe in making dance, yoga and performing arts classes accessible to ALL children regardless of a family’s income.  If you are in need of financial assistance, please print off the form below and send it to us with your registration.
